I cant find libtool command on my MacOSX,10.7.x

I cant find libtool command on my MacOSX,10.7.x

I cant find libtool command.I tried to run $man libtool,Terminal returned
"No manual entry for libtool" So I tried to download libtool from GNU site
and install..Still i cant find libtool command. Any help would be
appreciated.
